The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March                                                               
31, 2015, calendar (page 648), was read the third time:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(EDC)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to school bond debt reimbursement; and                                                                     
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kito moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                                                                
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
